My team

So I went back BCTC that day. To settle some problems. Actually with me or without me, the consequences are still the same. Needles to say, it is ok not to book in.

I saw my armskote men. My 2 beloved subordinates. Mossy and Sanny. These 2 were the ones that follow me from ups till downs, left to right, 24/7 when in camp.

Sanny, "Oh! The legend!! The legend has came back!" Upon seeing me.

Haha...

I always see them as my younger brothers. So whatever they do, I must know. Whatever they go, they must report. Whatever complaints from other people to them, I need to know. Months and months passed by, we too, became closer.

Sanny is smart. So I think I can leave the whole armskote to him. You know, he's flexible. However, he does not know how to make decisions. So I was quite worried when I ORD, he may not be able to cope. So I taught him how be decisive in BCTC. And it worked out well!

Mossy on the other hand, is not as smart as Sanny. Most of the time, Mossy only listen to me. When I said this means this. He will not have other ideas. This tend to be hard... As in, he will not listen to other people except me. Therefore end up he provoked quite a lot of people. For me, I've already used to the style, attitude and character of Mossy.

So, it really took a long time for me to teach them how to maintain the armskote. From a civilian to soldier, and from soldier to a armskote man. From zero responsiblity to maximum responsiblity.

What I worried most is after I ORD what may happen to them. Will BMC and Weifu abuse his authority and bully them? They are the ones who always complaint to me about Mossy. Will Sanny able to cope the stress? Will OML treat them like what he treated me? Will other men take advantage of them?

Other than these 2 brats, I also quite worried for my administration party. People like Athon and Syukro the clerks. Although I know they will be surviving well because most of the time they are left "untouched". I mean nobody will "arrow" them work rather than our big boss, Helafiza. Ya of course, and OML.

What I hope to see is that armskote is still maintaining well when I left. Mossy has more friends. BMC and Weifu stop abusing their authorities and make them suffer. No calls like, "Hey!! Your Sanny had sent to DB because of some security breach!" "Mossy became worst! Now he was a loner!" Etc etc..

Actually nobody will know what we had done so far. Like I always told them, our armskote motto shall be, "When we work, nobody cares. When we rest, everybody stares." You know, people like to compare. When they are sweating, they expect people around them to sweat as well. They will feel uneasy when you are clean all the way. So I taught them to master the art of accepting your fate. We cannot control what others people have to say right? Therefore just accept the current situation now. All those people that do not understand are just ignorant. So why bother to explain? 2 years of looking down by those ignorant bastards will be over in just the nick of time.

We had gone through a lot. From I take over armskote, to various field camps. The SOP items that needed to draw out during each mission. Different mission require different equipments. From local exercises to overseas trainings. Then back to local exercises again.. A lot a lot... Therefore I hope from these they had gained more mature, responsible and more diligent in whatever they do.

Also I really hope to see that in the future, they too, are doing great in their lives.

These... will be my greatest achievements I had with them.
