Another Bravo Team 12 match. I think we are into it and this is how we do it.

The weather is quite understanding. The players are good to go. Upon storming into the field, thunderous cheer from the spectators, flashes are just like lightnings, the field become the center of attraction at Yishun Ring Road. It was magnificent.

Rough-and-Tough:
Ketupats x 15 (No I'm not racist!)

When the players are doing their own warm-ups, we noticed that Rough-and-Tough players live up to their name. The atmosphere is different from previous matches, BT12 anticipated that they will have a rough and tough match later on. Apart from previous matches, BT12 had a new goalkeeper today, Felix Benjamin (previously the coach).

The golden keeper for the season!

BT12 having an OPS before down the field

Marco is experienced for every matches. He has his own team back at his hometown. He give a quick briefing before the players were sent down to the field.

During the first half, BT12 was steady. Every defense was firm and every attack was stealth. I think from the previous matches, BT12 gained much more experience. Sooner or later, we are heading the professional leagues.

R&T has tough players and skilled teamwork. Their players are more firm and aggressive. Compare to previous opponents, this is the toughest. However, the weak point of R&T is actually they seldom have long passes. They tend to use up their energy to run more, and they worn themselves out easily. While reaching towards BT12 penalty area, R&T created dozens opportunities to score. But, BT12's Goalkeeper is like the Berlin Wall; No ball will passes through him. That's when BT12 counter back and storm up to the front. With the skilled defender (Ango) and fast striker (Wenjuniesta), BT12 made the first goal!

BT12 dominated the first half

As mentioned, R&T played rough and aggressive. Their slides are like knife cutting through and causing a vivid foul. However, the referee seems like a blind mice. He allowed the match to continue. Wenjuniesta was not happy with him. He even doubted the referee so called "professionalism". The spectators jeered of his "professionalism" as well.

1st half
BT12 - 1
R&T - 0

After the short rest, BT12 were back to the field. This time, vice captain Marco advised the team to play defense. By preventing R&T to dribble pass them with no commitment is the tactic for 2nd half. But still R&T manage to score through Berlin Wall! Because our golden goalkeeper could not have long kicks due to his old injuries. He passed the ball to Jeremiah but flopped. Jeremiah tackled back the ball and lead to a free kick.

The free kick that leads to an equalizer (note: Ango dunno smile for what)

Hence, R&T equalized the score.

A few minutes later, R&T dribbled to the front, our golden defender, Ango, and his quick reflexes tackled the ball. Out of nowhere, the striker fell. It was obvious (unless you are blind or blind) that Ango was kicking the ball not the striker. The referee blew his whistle and said this is a foul. And this happened in BT12 penalty area. So well, a FREE penalty kick to R&T. A FREE goal too...

Devastated...

So R&T lead the score. 2-1. Damn! However, Nigelinho has not disappoint us either. He cleared the ball while R&T rushed to BT12's area. Counter attacks are crucial now. So, out of a confusion, Syazzy scored and equalized the score!

2-2

The game left 15 minutes to end. BT12 released all their existing energy and storm up to the front. This time, a free kick was given to BT12 because of a foul from R&T. Right-legged Herman Sharpenter did a spectacular free kick and bring the ball to the net!

And he brought us a winning trophy!

Full time:
BT12- 3
R&T - 2

Ha! Once again! B12 won the title! The crowd cheered loud. Especially the Manager of BT12... At first, we thought we are losing, but in the end, we won.

He played only for 10 minutes and came back saying "Tired la, tired la."

These 2x ketuapats are really something! Well done!

And he came back with a smile on his face.
