Team Bravo 12 was having a friendly soccer match with Team Blues... (Nigelinho's Poly mates.)

The match was much more exciting compared to the match with Team Alifu.

The 1st half:

Okay! You can see we really did well! The passing, the attacking, the controlling... Everything went well. We scored 2 goals! Hooray! Ho ar!

HOWEVER! When passed to Ango, that bugger dunno what he did, can't even pass the ball properly! He flopped! Although he didn't concede but at least he encourage Team Blues to push the team up! Ruien also did the same thing.. They played mid-field but end up giving chances to Team Blues to attack.. So Team Blue manage to score 4 goals. Damn!

So...I was quite worried. I even dun have the mood to take anymore photos. As I bit my nails, Syazzy did not disappont us. He created a confusion and scored a goal! YESH!!! In your face Mr Arrogant! This was when Team Blues get panic... The match became more and more exiciting! Team Blues keep pushing and pushing. Not just pushing up, but push Team Bravo 12. Mr Helafiza dunno get pushed and fell how many times. If Mr Referee was an international referee I think Team Blues will get 32165987121 x yellow cards and 24564231 x red cards.

Part 2

So after the match, we went to Gomex 2008. They said there got a lot of electrical appliances. From computers software to televisions. And from televisions to cheap thumb drives. So we were thinking we should go there and take a look. Since today no need book in. Why not?

Ango own a shop there.. LOL!

And Mdm Wong was there too!

Ho ar! Ango bought a 32' inch TV from there. But I was empty handed. Actually I brought back the sweat I got from the crowd... EEYAR!

Come and go

I love to try new things. So I guess I'm not so extreme... I mean, I always thought I'm a guy that is doing things on the 2 extreme ends. If I like means I like alot. If I dun like, I guess I will condemn. I condemn soccer. Yeah.. You get what I mean?

So I try a new thing call Facebook. Alright, it is quite fun. Fun as in... For a person whom stayed at home the whole day and looking for stuffs to entertain him... I guess it is quite fun.

Other than that, I guess I was confirmed! That day, I went to that interview remember?

"I think you are lingually smart!"

Yup! They hired me! Haha... I accepted their offer, and I will be starting work on the 15th September!

Did a guard duty with Rogeroko and Benjo yesterday. IMAGINE THAT! A GUY ORD-ing IN 1 WEEK TIME STILL HAVE TO DO ANOTHER GUARD DUTY!

2.07am - Not all but one may feel he's innocent. I should not have drag you in...

Interview

Ya.. I went. That day Rogeroko and Mdm Wong discuss about it. Then I was like..

I should also start finding now...

So I went online and search. A few days later I was called for an interview. Which is today.

I didn't do much preparation actually. I treat it as normal. You know, there's nothing much to worry. Just go with the flow! Be yourself...

When I enter the place.. That doesn't impress me much. I didn't expect it to be grand. As in... I expect the people there are young and active, and the place to be lively. End up I thought I enter a mansion. The entrance is impressive. The materials they used, the floor tiles...

The receptionist was an old lady...

"So Ricaro, oh come here and fill up the form. We will attend to you shortly."

I always have perception problem. In my whole life.. I didn't see an old lady doing reception before. Damn! I was so ignorant!

Afterwards I was brought to a room. The interviewers were also middle age. Hmm.. I must say, what questions will they give an innocent young brat? The wrinkles on their face actually traced out how much experience they had. So I think I should act smart eh?

"So... How do you motivate yourself?"

"And, I would like to see the actual perspective of the job that you apply for."

"We want to see you enjoy doing a job that you like.. Not like we choose a job for you!"

"What can you foresee if happen that this job is for you..."

Something like that.. Oh my god.. Those questions are really hidden. They disguise themselves so well and they seems like any answers are crucial.. Moreover, they even try to explain the job scope by using ARMY terms.

"So... You said you are an Armskote I/C right? You see... Our materials are like the doors of your armskote. We use steel, so that it is well protective enough."

"It's not like the way you treat your men. The people here consist of women as well. Are you comfortable with that?"

From here, some memories flash back...

When I needed things to be done, I will call and shout at BMC or Weifu. Signal la... Fusion la... If I need more rifle slings, example, I will look for QM branch. Need LOA, S4 branch. Need any security documents, S2 branch. See.. So simple. Because that environment is easy. You know, your rank always make your road smooth.

Then I think I must forget all ARMY ways. I'm a civilian now.

I answer them like I answer anyone. Because I hate to pretend. If they dun like my attitude so be with it. I also dun wish to waste time with them.

However, they said..

"If not I think we can employ you. From the conversation I think you are lingually smart."

I was praised!

Eh so simple? I thought I need more air!

So interviewer A brought me along to see the company. Briefed me about their products, told me their company history, introduce some colleagues to me... But I was worried. Worried as in, what if the job scope is something that I might not favor it? The environment is not so lively. A lot of uncles and aunties. Can I mix well with them? I'm really young and kickin' you know?

Imagine a company cohesion... Where will we going? Community Centers? No way...

They told me they will call me soon. Maybe this is the time for me to consider?

6.12pm - Fight for you career! Fight for your career! Fight for your career!!!

My team

So I went back BCTC that day. To settle some problems. Actually with me or without me, the consequences are still the same. Needles to say, it is ok not to book in.

I saw my armskote men. My 2 beloved subordinates. Mossy and Sanny. These 2 were the ones that follow me from ups till downs, left to right, 24/7 when in camp.

Sanny, "Oh! The legend!! The legend has came back!" Upon seeing me.

Haha...

I always see them as my younger brothers. So whatever they do, I must know. Whatever they go, they must report. Whatever complaints from other people to them, I need to know. Months and months passed by, we too, became closer.

Sanny is smart. So I think I can leave the whole armskote to him. You know, he's flexible. However, he does not know how to make decisions. So I was quite worried when I ORD, he may not be able to cope. So I taught him how be decisive in BCTC. And it worked out well!

Mossy on the other hand, is not as smart as Sanny. Most of the time, Mossy only listen to me. When I said this means this. He will not have other ideas. This tend to be hard... As in, he will not listen to other people except me. Therefore end up he provoked quite a lot of people. For me, I've already used to the style, attitude and character of Mossy.

So, it really took a long time for me to teach them how to maintain the armskote. From a civilian to soldier, and from soldier to a armskote man. From zero responsiblity to maximum responsiblity.

What I worried most is after I ORD what may happen to them. Will BMC and Weifu abuse his authority and bully them? They are the ones who always complaint to me about Mossy. Will Sanny able to cope the stress? Will OML treat them like what he treated me? Will other men take advantage of them?

Other than these 2 brats, I also quite worried for my administration party. People like Athon and Syukro the clerks. Although I know they will be surviving well because most of the time they are left "untouched". I mean nobody will "arrow" them work rather than our big boss, Helafiza. Ya of course, and OML.

What I hope to see is that armskote is still maintaining well when I left. Mossy has more friends. BMC and Weifu stop abusing their authorities and make them suffer. No calls like, "Hey!! Your Sanny had sent to DB because of some security breach!" "Mossy became worst! Now he was a loner!" Etc etc..

Actually nobody will know what we had done so far. Like I always told them, our armskote motto shall be, "When we work, nobody cares. When we rest, everybody stares." You know, people like to compare. When they are sweating, they expect people around them to sweat as well. They will feel uneasy when you are clean all the way. So I taught them to master the art of accepting your fate. We cannot control what others people have to say right? Therefore just accept the current situation now. All those people that do not understand are just ignorant. So why bother to explain? 2 years of looking down by those ignorant bastards will be over in just the nick of time.

We had gone through a lot. From I take over armskote, to various field camps. The SOP items that needed to draw out during each mission. Different mission require different equipments. From local exercises to overseas trainings. Then back to local exercises again.. A lot a lot... Therefore I hope from these they had gained more mature, responsible and more diligent in whatever they do.

Also I really hope to see that in the future, they too, are doing great in their lives.

These... will be my greatest achievements I had with them.

Yeah~ On the 15th Aug 2008, we, the whole lot of BRAVO COMMANDERS are having a BBQ at East Coast Park. Started at 4pm. It was hella lots of fun.

Every outing needs a lot of photos to be taken. Right?

So me and the 2 PSs met and went together. Cause we are the 西街少年!! As usual, Ango likes to act cool. See, sometimes not many people know what he's thinking...

And we "volunteered" ourselves to be the advance party. (Actually was forced by Johnlee)

What does the advance party need to do? Basically they need to go and get prepared and set up some miscellaneous stuffs.

Surprisingly our very own Helafiza came early to help the advance party.

Wind blew stronger, the sea became rough! Birds hovering us in a chaos manner! Children screamed! People ran in all direction! East Coast Park became a mess! This is all because of someone coming near! He is....

Old Master Loo. The legendary uncle that is good at using bow and arrows. LOL!!! He did came. We were so happy upon seeing him. Who wouldn't? The man that take care of us since the first day he posted to Selarang Ring Road. We love you uncle...

It was quite a relax day actually. Look at Alifu...

Haha.. The 西街少年 went back around 11pm++. All because of Ango! This guy really has no patience! So one by one.. BRAVO COMMANDERS left the pit. And separate ways to home. A few weeks time, all will become civilians. Will there be a day like this in the future? Or are we busy at our own stuff at that time? Who will be the one coming? Who will remember? Who will forget?
